I had a wonderful time at Regina Residency. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with my late check-in. The beach hut I stayed in was simple but cozy, with a lovely front porch area for relaxation. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it from 3 to 8 nights!

Had a blast during the 2 nights' stay here! the staff were all super friendly and nice. the double room we had was spacious and affordable, and it even had a fridge 🥤. the hotel's location was convenient since it was right in the middle of everything.

My recent stay at a guesthouse in Patnem was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute's walk from Patnem beach. The guesthouse provided a safe and peaceful environment, giving me the chance to truly relax. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the hosts, Ishwar and his wife, were excellent in providing a secure base for all my adventures. They were always willing to accommodate my requests, ensuring I had clean towels, toilet paper, and an empty bin whenever I needed them. While the guesthouse didn't have any extra amenities, it was exactly what I was looking for in a simple and affordable place to stay in Patnem. I highly recommend paying a little extra for an upstairs room with air conditioning during the summer season, as it was definitely worth it. Additionally, the breakfast at the Bakehouse down the street towards the beach was brilliant and shouldn't be missed. I would highly recommend this property as a great value for money option in beautiful Patnem.

Although my stay at the guesthouse in Patnem was excellent overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. there was no in-house restaurant available, but thankfully there were plenty of options in the neighborhood.

Stayed at Regina Residency for a short trip to Patnem beach. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful garden. Ravi, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He allowed us to check in early and even let us shower after we checked out. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were mini markets nearby for convenience. Highly recommended!

I had the opportunity to enjoy thrilling water adventures like scuba diving in the area. The accommodation had a charming garden and free parking.

Oh, what a shame! No water adventures in the garden and no parking in the Scuba diving area.
